The Public Procurement Agency (PPA) provides several online services, the most important of them being the publication of information in the Public Procurement Register (PPR). The register contains information on the public procurement procedures, which is displayed in accordance with the deadlines laid down in the Regulation for Implementation of the Public Procurement Law (RIPPL). The information in the PPR is entered automatically using the functionality “Import” of the specialized software application “Form Editor”, provided free of charge by PPA. This functionality is only available to registered users of the “Authorized user” type.

Another important electronic service is the option of sending “Information for notices” through which PPA allows each contracting authority to publish information on public procurements with a value pursuant Art. 20, Para. 3 from PPL. These public procurements are conducted under Chapter Twenty Six from PPL. The module allows the users to see the full list of information, and via the “Advanced search in the PPR – information for notices” functionality, the registered users may carry out a search using specified criteria. An opportunity is realized for the contracting authority to withdraw their information for published notice through the administrative part of the portal.

"Virtual clerk" is an online service which facilitates users to send digitally signed documents, as well as to receive replies from PPA. This service does not allow sending of e-documents due to be entered in the PPR, with file extension type .fed.

"On-line forms" is a service for online completion of public procurement forms. It is available only to contracting authorities/entities having an authorised procurement agent (APA) and is activated by an internal website for document management. This e-service is an alternative to PPA-provided specialized software product Form Editor.

"eSender" is a free e-service, by which PPA forwards to the Official Journal of the European Union public procurement notices for publication.
